    We are committed to delivering high-quality wines to our customers. As wine is a perishable product, our refund policy applies only to defective products in accordance with the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.

    ⚠️ Important: Refunds are only available for defective or damaged products, not for change of mind or personal preference.

    Defect Claims Window

    You may submit a defect claim within 7 days from the date of delivery. This applies only to products that are damaged, defective, or not as described upon receipt.

    Note: Claims must be initiated within this 7-day window. Please keep clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage until we contact you.

    Defect Claim Eligibility

    A refund or replacement will be issued only if the wine meets ALL of the following conditions:

    • Wine is damaged, leaking, or has a compromised seal
    • Wine does not match the product description or label
    • Bottle shows clear signs of factory defects or manufacturing issues
    • Claim is submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence
    • All supporting documentation and photos clearly demonstrate the defect

    Non-Refundable Purchases

    Refunds will NOT be issued for:

    • Change of mind or personal preference
    • Wine that has been opened or consumed
    • Wine that does not meet personal taste expectations
    • Unopened bottles returned due to change of mind
    • Bottles with original seal intact but without proof of defect
    • Claims submitted after the 7-day defect claim window
    • Wine showing signs of improper storage by the customer

    Wine is a consumable product. Refunds are strictly limited to defective or damaged items only.

    How to Claim a Defect

    1. Inspect Upon Delivery: Carefully inspect your wine immediately upon delivery for any signs of damage, leakage, or defects.
    2. Submit a Claim: Contact us via our contact page within 7 days of delivery with your order details and reason for the defect claim. Please have clear photographic evidence ready.
    3. Share Evidence: Keep clear photos of the damage, defect, or packaging issues (multiple angles are helpful). We will contact you to arrange how to share these photos with us.
    4. Claim Review: We will review your claim and contact you within 2 business days with our assessment and next steps.
    5. Resolution: Approved claims will receive a full refund, replacement wine, or store credit of equal value.

    For approved defect claims, we offer:

    • Full refund of the product purchase price, or
    • Replacement wine of equal or greater value, or
    • Store credit of equal value

    Processing Timeline

    Once we approve your defect claim, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Replacements will be shipped as soon as possible. The time for credit to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

    Return Shipping

    For defective or damaged wine, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. You are not responsible for return shipping costs on approved defect claims.

    Damaged or Defective Wine

    If you receive damaged or defective wine, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery. Please keep clear photos of the damage and we will contact you to arrange how to review them.

    Examples of defects include:

    • Leaking or broken bottles
    • Compromised seals or corks
    • Damaged labels indicating improper handling during shipping
    • Wine that does not match the product description
    • Signs of manufacturing defects

    We will arrange for return shipping at no cost to you and provide a full refund, replacement, or store credit.

    Consumer Rights

    Under the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, you have additional consumer rights:

    • Right to receive goods that are fit for purpose
    • Right to receive goods of merchantable quality
    • Right to receive goods as described
    • Right to goods free from defects in materials and workmanship

    These rights are in addition to our return policy and cannot be waived. If you believe your product violates these rights, please contact us immediately.

    Can I return wine if I change my mind?

    No. Wine is a consumable product and refunds are only available for defective or damaged items. Change of mind does not qualify for a refund.

    What if my wine arrives leaking or damaged?

    Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage. Approved claims receive a full refund, replacement wine, or store credit at no cost to you, including free return shipping.

    How long does the refund process take?

    After we approve your defect claim, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect the credit.

    Can I get a replacement instead of a refund?

    Yes, for approved defect claims you can choose a replacement wine of equal or greater value or store credit instead of a refund.

    What if I opened the bottle and found it defective?

    If you discover a defect upon opening (e.g., contaminated wine, off taste due to poor storage), contact us within 7 days with details. Keep any photos or evidence (e.g., the cork, packaging) and we will contact you to review them and assess your claim, though approval may depend on the nature of the defect.
