From the same Maison La Pierre Ronde, this 2023 Rouge combines high-quality Pinot Noir parcels sourced across Burgundy and vinified with whole-cluster (0-50%) methods, ambient yeasts, and aging in barrel and amphora. The wine brings elegant red cherry, delicate spice, fine tannins and a whisper of wild herbs — Burgundian finesse at attainable level.

Pair it with: Wild mushroom tagliatelle, or roasted duck breast.
